Base hours of teaching per week:
Oral English teacher
(18) classroom hours per week = 9 classes
Academic course teacher
(12) classroom hours per week = 6 classes
Accrual Bonus
After the initial year, a bonus of 5% of the base pay multiplied by the number of consecutive completed years
employed (up to five completed years, total of 25%)
